These terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sheepinho mobile game. By installing or using the game you accept them; if you do not, do not install or use it. The game is published by Tutatechno, a sole trader registered in Hungary.
Licence to use the game
Tutatechno grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play one copy of the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. The game is licensed, not sold.
What you may not do
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game; modify, decompile or reverse engineer it; extract its assets (code, levels, 3D models, textures, music, sounds or text); manipulate saved data, wool coins or purchases; republish it or any part of it; or use it in any unlawful way. Reverse engineering is permitted only to the limited extent Directive 2009/24/EC allows.
Wool coins and in-game items
The game uses a virtual currency, wool coins. You earn them by finishing levels, daily tasks, weekly challenges and seasonal events, and you can buy wool packs. Wool coins unlock in-game items such as dog breeds, a second sheepdog and extra rams. Wool coins and items are a limited licence to use game content: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and are not refunded except where the law or Google Play's refund policy requires it. They are stored on your device only; clearing the game's storage or uninstalling removes them, and there is no account from which they could be restored.
Gameplay effects of items (for example how rams and dogs fight predators) may be rebalanced in updates.
Purchases
Wool packs and No Ads are sold through Google Play at the price shown in the store, including VAT. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms. Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase; by confirming the purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty. No Ads removes the optional reward videos for as long as the game is installed on that device.
Advertising
The game may offer optional rewarded videos served by Google AdMob. A video plays only when you choose a reward; the reward is granted after the video finishes. How advertising data is handled, and how to change your choice, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The game — its code, level design, graphics, animations, music, sounds and text — belongs to Tutatechno or its licensors. The names and logos Sheepinho and Tutatechno are protected. The fonts Fredoka and Nunito are used under the SIL Open Font License. See the copyright and intellectual property notice.
Third-party material
The game is built with the Unity engine and TextMesh Pro, and uses Google AdMob and Google Play Billing; these remain governed by their own licences and terms.
Updates and availability
Tutatechno may change, suspend or discontinue the game, its events or any of its features at any time. Seasonal events and weekly challenges are available for limited periods. Updates may be delivered through Google Play. Continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the updated terms.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tutatechno is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, saved progress, wool coins, profits, revenue or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the game. They end when you stop using and uninstall it, or immediately if you breach them. The sections What you may not do, Intellectual property, No warranty, Limitation of liability and Governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
Changes to these terms
Tutatechno may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version; material changes are announced in the game's release notes.
