Who is responsible
The data controller is Tutatechno, a sole trader registered in Hungary. Correspondence, including any request under data-protection law: tutatechno@gmail.com. Full registered details are held by Google Play and are supplied on request to any user or supervisory authority entitled to them.
Scope
This policy covers the Sheepinho Android game (com.tutatechno.sheepinho). It forms part of the
Terms of Use.
Summary
- Your progress, settings, wool coins and unlocked items are stored only on your device.
- The game is free. It shows rewarded videos only when you choose a reward — there are no banner ads and no ads that interrupt play. Videos are served by Google AdMob.
- Optional purchases (wool packs, No Ads) are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- There are no user accounts and no analytics. We do not sell personal data.
What the game stores on your device
The following is held in the game's private storage on your device, which no other application can read:
- Progress. Unlocked and completed levels, stars, whether you finished the tutorial.
- Game items. Your wool-coin balance, the dogs and rams you have unlocked, and whether you bought No Ads.
- Events. Today's daily task and its progress, your daily streak, weekly-challenge and seasonal-event completion.
- Settings. Volume levels, graphics quality, effects, frame-rate limit, game speed, accessibility options (colour-blind mode, text size, reduced motion) and your advertising choice.
None of this is sent to Tutatechno. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage, removes everything it stored (including unspent wool coins; see the Terms of Use).
Advertising (rewarded videos, Google AdMob)
When you tap a reward button — for example +1 sheep, retry with +2 sheep or double the daily reward — the game asks Google AdMob for a short video. Ads are never shown without your action.
To deliver the video, measure it and prevent fraud, Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited) collects and processes, as an independent controller: your device's advertising ID, your IP address (used to estimate a coarse location), device and app information (model, operating-system version, language, app version) and ad interactions (impressions, taps, video completion). Google describes this at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choice. On first start the game asks whether ads may be personalised (based on your advertising ID and interests) or non-personalised (based on context only). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this choice is collected with Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) under the IAB TCF framework; the legal basis for personalised ads is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), for non-personalised ads and fraud prevention it is our legitimate interest in funding a free game (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
With No Ads purchased, the game no longer requests any ads and every reward is granted instantly.
Purchases (Google Play)
Wool packs and No Ads are sold through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes your payment under the Google Payments Privacy Notice. The game only receives a confirmation that the purchase succeeded (product, order identifier and purchase token) so it can grant the item on your device. We never receive your name, card or bank details. Dogs and rams are unlocked with in-game wool coins and involve no payment.
No analytics, no accounts
The game contains no analytics or tracking SDK and no user accounts. The Unity engine's analytics, crash-reporting and performance-reporting services are switched off.
Permissions
The game requests no runtime permissions — no location, microphone, camera, contacts or storage access. It uses the internet connection only to load rewarded videos and to talk to Google Play for purchases; it can be played offline. The links under Settings → Privacy open this website in your web browser.
Third parties
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform — rewarded videos and consent (Google Ireland Limited).
- Google Play Billing — purchases (Google Ireland Limited / Google Commerce Limited).
- Unity engine and TextMesh Pro (Unity Technologies) — run on your device only.
Google may transfer data outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Data on your device stays until you clear the game's storage or uninstall it. Google retains advertising data according to its own policies. E-mails you send us are kept for at most 12 months after we reply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. For data held by Google, use My Ad Center or Google's privacy tools. Everything the game stores is on your device and under your direct control; you can delete it through Android's Settings → Apps → Storage → Clear storage, or by uninstalling.
If you contact us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to answer you, on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.).
Children
The game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13. Ad requests are marked so that users below the age of digital consent receive only non-personalised, family-appropriate ads. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
The date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If the game changes in a way that affects data handling, this page is updated and material changes are noted in the game's release notes.
