Ownership
All applications published under the name Tutatechno, and this website, are owned by Tutatechno, a sole trader registered in Hungary. This includes, without limitation:
- all source code, compiled binaries and build artefacts;
- all graphics, icons, illustrations, animations, typography choices and interface design;
- all sounds, music and generated audio;
- all written text, including in-app copy, store listings and the documents on this site;
- the structure, selection and arrangement of each application's content and data, protected as a database right under Directive 96/9/EC;
- the names Tutatechno, EasyLoop, Home Clean Home and TellWay, and the associated logos and visual identity.
These rights are protected under Hungarian Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright, the corresponding European Union directives, and the Berne Convention. They arise automatically on creation; no registration is required for them to exist or to be enforced.
What is not permitted
Without our prior written permission you may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract assets from, re-host, or produce derivative works from any of our applications or from this website. You may not publish an application that reproduces a substantial part of ours, nor use our names or marks for a product that is not ours.
The specific licence granted to end users, and its limits, are set out in each application's Terms of Use, linked from the home page.
Third-party rights
Our applications incorporate open-source components and, in some cases, openly licensed content. Those remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their own licences, which are credited in the relevant application and in its Terms of Use. Our ownership claim extends to our own work, not to theirs.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe an application, listing or website infringes our rights, or that ours infringes yours, write to tutatechno@gmail.com with the details and a link. We respond to substantiated notices, and we use the Google Play and Google Ads infringement reporting procedures where appropriate.
Permissions and press
Screenshots and short excerpts may be used for review, news reporting, criticism and academic purposes with attribution. Any other use requires written permission. Requests go to the same address.
Reservation of rights
No right is waived by publication, by delay in enforcement, or by tolerating any particular use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
